Leadership & Founder Bio
William Hatzichristos
Founder & Managing Director
William Hatzichristos is a former Supply Chain and Procurement Executive with decades of experience managing complex logistics, sourcing, and vendor performance for some of the most demanding organizations in the world.
Throughout his career, William has led and supported supply chain operations for globally recognized institutions, including the New York Mets, Bloomberg, and other large enterprises where operational precision, service-level accountability, and cost control are non-negotiable.
In these roles, he was responsible for:
- Negotiating and managing multi-million-dollar logistics and supplier contracts
- Designing and enforcing performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs, fill rates, and on-time delivery)
- Implementing inventory controls and demand planning strategies
- Driving cost reductions while improving service quality
- Holding vendors accountable to enterprise-level standards
After years of working with third-party logistics providers from the client side, William recognized a consistent gap in the market: small and mid-sized brands were underserved, often forced to choose between high-cost providers or low-cost operators with poor controls and inconsistent execution.
He founded this company to change that.
By applying enterprise procurement rigor, disciplined warehouse operations, and hands-on leadership, William built a 3PL designed to deliver big-company performance for growing brands — without unnecessary complexity or inflated pricing.
